With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've walked alongside hundreds of people struggling with anxiety, CPTSD, and OCD. I know what it's like to feel stuck in patterns that don't serve you, trapped by thoughts that won't quiet down, or exhausted from hypervigilance that never seems to turn off.
My approach at Meadowood Therapy is different because I don't just treat symptoms—I help you understand the whole picture. Anxiety and trauma don't just live in your thoughts; they live in your body, your beliefs about yourself, and the stories you've been told (or told yourself) for years.

My Training

I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized training in:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and distorted thinking patterns

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move toward your values

  • Somatic and Transpersonal Coaching to address trauma held in the body and core beliefs that keep you stuck

I integrate these approaches into a holistic therapy experience that honors where you've been and supports where you're going. I am also a school psychologist with extensive training in children who have challenging diagnoses. I offer specialized coaching for parents navigating the challenges of raising a defiant child. If you're exhausted from power struggles, managing your own anxiety while trying to stay calm, and wondering if there's a better way—there is. Together, we'll create an actionable parenting plan that actually works for your family.I help parents:
